    MFT1741 Multifunction Tester

    The Megger MFT1741 Multifunction Tester is a high-specification installation tester designed for testing low voltage electrical installations to BS7671 (18th Edition) standards. Building upon the success of the MFT1721, the MFT1741 introduces a game-changing feature: the Loop Impedance “Confidence Meter”. This patented technology provides a visual arc display that indicates the reliability of the reading, allowing technicians to get accurate non-trip loop results even in electrically noisy environments where other testers fail.

    Ideally suited for modern industrial and renewable energy applications, the MFT1741 is EV Ready. It includes 6mA DC RCD testing capabilities, essential for verifying Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE). Additionally, it supports advanced earth testing methods (including ART and Stakeless testing with optional clamps), making it the ultimate all-in-one solution for certification, fault finding, and maintenance.
