    The MEGGER VLF CR-28 Cosine Rectangular Cable Test System is a sophisticated tool designed for high-voltage testing of medium-voltage cables. This system is particularly useful for utilities, industrial plants, and service companies tasked with maintaining and verifying the integrity of their electrical distribution systems.

    The system is composed of a control unit and a high-voltage (HV) unit. This two-part design makes the system highly portable and easy to transport. One of the key benefits of the cosine-rectangular test method is its ability to achieve a high test capacitance, reaching up to 5 μF at 0.1 Hz. This substantial capacitance allows for the simultaneous testing of all three phases at the standardized frequency of 0.1 Hz.
