Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) detects enthalpy changes in a material as a function of temperature or time owing to changes in physical and chemical characteristics. Mettler Toledo DSC 5+ establishes a new benchmark by providing improved performance and more efficient DSC.
The FlexModeTM functionality of the Mettler Toledo DSC 5+ sensor makes it simple to move between two different measurement modes. The durable and chemically resistant MMS 1 ceramic sensor features a heat flux mode for measurements requiring high levels of sensitivity as well as a power compensation mode for great resolution. This sophisticated sensor offers exceptional performance and enables the user to switch between modes to best meet the requirements of the sample being studied.
