SATIR 256 Thermal Vision

Overview

The SATIR 256 Thermal Vision is a lightweight thermal imaging headset that lets the wearer see clearly through smoke, fog, dust and total darkness. Using a 256×192 uncooled detector, it converts heat signatures into a real-time, hands-free thermal view projected on a high-resolution LCOS display.

Its wide 56°×42° field of view and fast 60 Hz refresh rate deliver smooth, natural situational awareness, while an integrated 16-megapixel visible camera supports capture and documentation. The headset form factor keeps both hands free for firefighting, search-and-rescue, security and tactical operations.
