SKF TKBA 40 Belt Alignment Tool

Overview

The SKF TKBA 40 is a premium laser pulley alignment tool. V-guides and powerful magnets allow it to be mounted directly in the pulley grooves, and the tool consists of only two components — a laser emitting unit and a receiving unit — making set-up quick and easy. A 3D target area on the receiver lets you see the misalignment and its nature at a glance: horizontal, vertical, parallel or any combination.

By projecting a laser line between the emitter and receiver, the TKBA 40 reveals offset and angular errors clearly, so a single technician can correct alignment fast. Accurate pulley alignment reduces wear on belts, pulleys and bearings, lowers vibration and energy consumption, and extends equipment life — cutting downtime and maintenance costs.
