The SV 971A Class 1 sound level meter was developed for measuring noise in the workplace and building acoustics. The Type 1 Noise Meter uses a microphone that provides a linear measurement from 27 to 140 dB over a single range. For ease of use, the sound meter uses dedicated mobile apps that support sound measurements, such as RT60 and STIPA.
