Description

The Testo 270 BT frying oil tester measures Total Polar Materials (TPM) so commercial kitchens change oil when quality drops — not on a fixed calendar. MME stocks genuine Testo instruments with local UAE support for hotels, QSR chains and catering commissaries that need fast HACCP-friendly checks.

Use case: a kitchen supervisor dips the sensor into hot fryer oil, reads 0–40% TPM with the traffic-light LED, and syncs results over Bluetooth to document compliance across multiple fryers. Browse the oil tester category, the Testo brand page, and pair calibration with the Testo 0554 2650 reference oil; for related handheld Testo field tools see our Testo 410-1 vs 410-2 review.
