Kyoritsu KEW 3121B High Voltage Insulation Tester

Overview

The Kyoritsu KEW 3121B is a 2500 V-class high-voltage insulation tester for evaluating the insulation of motors, cables, switchgear and other high-voltage equipment. It offers selectable test voltages of 250, 500, 1000 and 2500 V and supports DAR (dielectric absorption ratio) and PI (polarization index) diagnostics with a built-in timer, so insulation condition can be assessed over time rather than by a single spot reading. A clear LCD with bar graph, AC/DC voltage measurement, a newly designed alligator clip and a tough hard case make it simple and safe to operate, and it is rated CAT IV 300 V / CAT III 600 V.
