Overview

The Hioki IM7581 is a high-frequency impedance analyzer offering a top measurement time of 0.5 ms across a 100 kHz to 300 MHz frequency range, making it ideal for high-throughput testing of high-frequency electronic components. It measures a comprehensive parameter set from 100 mΩ to 5 kΩ with an 8.4-inch colour touch screen, equivalent-circuit analysis and a full complement of interfaces. The IM7581 is a powerful tool for R&D and production measurement of RF inductors, capacitors and other high-frequency parts.
