The Hioki IM7585 is a high-frequency impedance analyzer offering a top measurement time of 0.5 ms across a 1 MHz to 1.3 GHz frequency range and superior stability, making it ideal for R&D and high-volume production of ferrite chip beads and chip inductors. It measures a comprehensive parameter set from 100 mΩ to 5 kΩ with an 8.4-inch colour touch screen, equivalent-circuit analysis and correlation compensation.
