Megger LTW315 Non-Tripping Loop Impedance Tester — Fast Earth-Loop Measurement

The Megger LTW315 is a compact two-wire non-tripping loop impedance tester built for electricians and test engineers who need quick, accurate earth-loop and prospective-fault-current results on RCD-protected installations. Its low-current no-trip test measures loop impedance without nuisance tripping, while a high-current mode delivers precise low-impedance readings — all in a rugged, weatherproof CAT IV handheld to EN 61557.

Non-tripping loop testing — a nominal 15 mA test current measures loop impedance on RCD-protected circuits without tripping.
High-current test — a nominal 4 A test delivers accurate low-impedance loop results where tripping is not a concern.
Wide measurement range — displays loop impedance from 0.01 Ω to 2000 Ω at 0.01 Ω resolution.
High accuracy — ±5% ±0.03 Ω at 230 V for confident low-Z measurement.
Prospective fault current — calculates PFC up to 20 kA for protective-device verification.
Voltage measurement — measures supply voltage over 100–280 V (±2% ±1 V).
CAT IV 300 V safety — rated to CAT IV 300 V in an IP54 weatherproof case for site use.
Portable & rugged — runs on 8 × AA cells; 203 × 148 × 78 mm, ~1000 g; −10 °C to +50 °C.
