Elcometer 319 Dewpoint Meter

Elcometer’s 319 Dew Point Meter is a tough instrument made to measure and record all pertinent climatic factors needed to decide whether the environment is acceptable for painting.

With embedded magnets that enable the gauge to be connected to a substrate during remote recording, the Elcometer 319 Dew Point Meter offers both manual and automatic data logging in one gauge1. It makes measuring climatic conditions simple and quick because of its quick response time and clear menu structure.

For usage in paint booths, adjustable limits that set off visible and aural alerts if a limit is exceeded can be set for each measurement parameter.

The adaptable gauge can be used as a thermometer by attaching external probes; this makes it perfect for determining the temperature of paint before application and for determining the surface temperature during remote logging.

The versatile Elcometer 319 Dew Point Meter is able to measure and record the following climatic parameters:

  • Relative humidity
  • Air temperature
  • Surface temperature
  • Dewpoint temperature
  • TΔ (the difference between surface temperature and dewpoint)
  • Dry Bulb temperature
  • Wet Bulb temperature
  • External temperature correction (K-type)
  • Specific humidity

Elcometer 319 Dewpoint Meter Features

  • Rapid response time
  • Each gauge can be powered by either 2 x AA batteries (for up to 400 hours1use) or directly via the USB cable
  • Adjustable limits can be set for each measurement parameter which triggers visual and audible alarms whenever a limit is exceeded
  • Intelligent memory calculates the total available logging time when using batches
  • Gauges can be recertified at Elcometer Authorised Service Centres
  • The Elcometer 319 Dewpoint Meter meets International Standards including ISO 8502-4
