Fluke 730LTP/40K Low Pressure Test Pump

Description

Fluke 730LTP/40K Low Pressure Test Pump

The Fluke 730LTP/40K is a portable low pressure test pump for -40 kPa to 40 kPa (-5.8 to 5.8 psi) using air. Ultra-fine precision adjustment makes it easy to set small pressures, and special insulation reduces the effect of outside temperature on the generated pressure.

The Fluke 730 series pumps are built for stable, repeatable pressure during calibration and are designed to avoid common pump problems such as blocking, leaks and hard operation. Pair the pump with a reference gauge or pressure calibrator to check pressure gauges, switches and transmitters in the lab or in the field.

Choose the Right Fluke 730 Series Pump

Fluke 730 series test pumps (Fluke data sheet)
Model	Pressure range	Medium	Weight
730LTP/40K	-40 kPa to 40 kPa (-5.8 to 5.8 psi)	Air	2.3 kg
Fluke 730LTP/600K	-95 kPa to 600 kPa (-13.8 to 87 psi)	Air	2.9 kg
Fluke 730PTP/10M	-95 kPa to 10 MPa (-13.8 to 1451 psi)	Air	5.5 kg
Fluke 730HTP/70M	0 to 70 MPa (0 to 10,153 psi)	Distilled water or mineral oil	5.1 kg

Typical Applications

Calibrating low pressure and draft gauges, differential pressure gauges and switches
Low range pressure transmitters in HVAC, cleanroom and gas systems
Small vacuum ranges down to -40 kPa

Safety Tip

Low pressures are easily affected by temperature and leaks. Let the pressure settle before taking a reading, and check all connections for leaks with the shut-off valve closed.

Use It With a Reference Gauge or Calibrator

The pump generates the pressure; a reference reads it. Fluke 730LTP/40K FAQ

What is the pressure range of the Fluke 730LTP/40K?

-40 kPa to 40 kPa, which is -5.8 to 5.8 psi (-400 to 400 mbar).

What is the 730LTP/40K used for?

Low pressure calibration of gauges, differential pressure gauges, switches and transmitters, for example in HVAC and gas systems.

What is the difference between the 730LTP/40K and 730LTP/600K?

The 40K covers -40 to 40 kPa with ultra-fine adjustment for low ranges. The 600K covers -95 to 600 kPa (-13.8 to 87 psi).

How do I connect gauges to the 730LTP/40K?

It has M20×1.5 female quick-connect ports sealed with the supplied seals, so you do not need PTFE tape or wrenches. The optional FLK-730PFK kit adds 38 adapters.
