Overview

The Hioki BT3564 Battery HiTester is a benchtop meter for simultaneous high-speed measurement of internal resistance and voltage on EV and PHEV battery packs. It measures pack voltage and total resistance as well as bus-bar resistance, handling high-voltage assemblies up to 1000 V DC. Built for large lithium-ion battery production, the BT3564 delivers precise, reliable measurements for demanding high-voltage testing.
