Overview

The Hioki BT3563A Battery HiTester inspects the quality of completed cells, modules and packs on battery production lines. It measures internal resistance (AC-IR) and open-circuit voltage (OCV) to verify battery quality during acceptance and shipping inspection, catching defects caused by shipment vibration or the passage of time. The BT3563A supports a wide range of chemistries including lithium-ion, lead-acid, nickel-cadmium and nickel-metal-hydride, with voltage measurement up to 300 V for high-voltage packs.
