Kyoritsu KEW 2009R True-RMS AC/DC Clamp Meter

Overview

The Kyoritsu KEW 2009R is a professional True-RMS AC/DC digital clamp meter for accurate measurement of distorted and non-sinusoidal waveforms, such as those found in thyristor-controlled systems. It measures both AC and DC currents up to 2000 A, and its uniquely shaped teardrop jaws make it easy to use in crowded cable trays and tight spaces. In addition to current it reads AC/DC voltage up to 1000 V, resistance, frequency and continuity, with 0.1 A resolution, a data-hold function and a recorder output for continuous monitoring. A high CAT IV 600 V / CAT III 1000 V rating makes it suitable for demanding industrial work.
