The Megger HV DAC series is a test and diagnostic system engineered for high-voltage (HV) cables using the Damped AC (DAC) method. It is used for after-laying testing of newly installed HV cables as part of quality control, and for condition assessment of repaired or service-aged cables — all in a remarkably compact, transportable unit that can test cables up to 32 km long.
