The Megger MIT400 series is a family of rugged, industrial-grade insulation and continuity testers — MIT400/2, MIT410/2, MIT420/2 and MIT430/2 — built for electricians, engineers and industrial maintenance teams. All share fast insulation and continuity testing, true-RMS voltage measurement and a robust CAT IV 600 V, IP54 build, with higher models adding polarisation index (PI) and DAR timers, result storage and Bluetooth download.

Key Features

• Insulation testing — up to 1000 V DC test voltages (250/500/1000 V, plus 50/100 V on higher models) with measurement to 200 GΩ (model dependent).
• Continuity testing — 200 mA (or 20 mA) test current, 0.01 Ω to 99.9 Ω, with an adjustable buzzer (1–20 Ω).
• True-RMS voltage — DC 0–600 V and true-RMS AC 10 mV–600 V (40–400 Hz).
• PI & DAR timers — diagnostic polarisation index and dielectric-absorption-ratio tests (MIT410/2 and above).
• Storage & Bluetooth — on-board result storage (MIT420/2) and Bluetooth download (MIT430/2).
• CAT IV 600 V & IP54 — rugged, dust- and splash-resistant for industrial use.
• Portable — 220 × 92 × 50 mm, 590 g (775 g with boot), 5 × AA cells (~2200 tests).
