SATIR V80 An Epic Performance Gas Detection Camera

Overview

The SATIR V80 is a high-performance optical gas imaging camera that makes invisible SF6 and other gas leaks visible in real time. Built around a cooled 320×256 QWIP detector tuned to the 10.3–10.7 µm SF6 band, it lets utilities and industrial teams visualise and pinpoint leaks quickly and safely from a distance.

Where traditional gas-detection methods are slow and labour-intensive, the V80 scans large areas and locates leaks in seconds. Interchangeable fields of view, a 5-megapixel visible camera, 16-bit radiometric video and a field-replaceable battery make it well suited to demanding leak-detection and emissions-monitoring programmes.
