The Schutz Messtechnik GM 3100 EX’s primary mission is to find gas leaks in underground and open-air natural gas pipelines. However, it can also be used with optional sensors to check e.g. biogas works. The innovativeGM 3100 is a versatile gas meter for detecting and testing gas pipeline network leaks. Thanks to infrared measuring technology, the gas meter can accurately determine natural gas and CO2 without cross-sensitivity.

The Schutz Messtechnik GM 3100 EX can detect heavy gases, hydrogen sulfide, oxygen, carbon monoxide, and methane, is explosion-proof approved, and is equipped with automatic range selection. The GM 3100 also offers infrared measurement technology for the measurement of natural gas and carbon dioxide. This gas meter is not only a gas detector but also can measure gas concentration.
