 The SKF TKBA 20 enables belt pulleys and gears to be aligned on the lateral surface. The device attaches magnetically to the inside or outside of almost any pulley or gear and has no small parts or targets to lose.

From the transmitter unit to the reflector unit installed on the opposing pulley, a laser line is projected. The offset and vertical angle misalignment are clearly indicated by a reference line on the reflector unit. The horizontal angle misalignment of all three is seen in the reflected laser line displayed on the transmitter unit.

The SKF TKBA 20 is easy to use and can be operated by one person. It features a magnetic base that allows it to be mounted to a pulley or pulley, leaving the user’s hands-free to adjust alignment. The device can be used on disks or disks of any size and is suitable for use in a variety of industries including mining, oil and gas, and manufacturing.
