The SKF TKSA 51 is a versatile wireless laser shaft alignment system that suits everyone from entry-level users to alignment experts. It pairs over Bluetooth 4.0 LE with a dedicated free app on a tablet or smartphone, guiding the user step by step so no special training is required. A 20 mm PSD sensor with a Class 2 line laser measures with an error of less than 1% ±10 µm across a 0.07–5 m range.

Its compact, lightweight measuring heads (190 g each) make the TKSA 51 easy to fit on motors, drives, fans, pumps and gearboxes, even in tight or hard-to-reach areas. Practical features such as automatic measurement, a soft-foot check, a machine library, QR-code reading, disturbance compensation and automatic PDF reporting help maintenance teams align rotating machinery quickly and document the results.
