The Testo 105 food thermometer can measure the core temperature of semi-solid media such as meats, cheeses, and jellies. The probe sensor included in the product can be easily inserted into unfrozen food and liquid food. There is also an optional probe to measure the core temperature of frozen food to ensure that the temperature is within the specified threshold.
Both the standard and the optional 200 mm probe are excellently suited and extremely handy for measuring the temperature of foods in liquid and semi-solid form.
The Testo 105 food thermometer offers all the professional features needed to make your work easier. It is designed for simple one-handed operation and has a compact, ergonomic design. The backlit display and customizable thresholds, along with visual and audio warnings when thresholds are exceeded, enhance usability. Additionally, it comes with a belt clip and wall mount, ensuring that your thermometer is always within reach and easy to locate when not in use.
