Testo 105 Overview

The Testo 105 with frozen goods measuring tip is a rugged one-hand food thermometer configured for measuring the temperature of frozen products. Its practical one-hand operation, compact size and illuminated display make everyday work easier, while acoustic and optical alarms reliably warn of any exceeding or undershooting of the freely adjustable limit values. The belt holder and wall bracket keep the instrument safely stored and always ready to hand, and thanks to its water-repellent surface it can be cleaned under running water in accordance with protection class IP65. The testo 105 is EN 13485 tested and HACCP International certified.

Who the Testo 105 frozen goods version is for

This Testo 105 version is for incoming-goods inspectors, cold-store and supermarket teams and central kitchens that must record the core temperature of deep-frozen products such as meat. The frozen goods tip is made for core readings in frozen product, and the same handle takes testo’s other tips when the job changes.
