Testo 191-T2 HACCP Temperature Data Logger

Overview

The Testo 191-T2 is a high-precision HACCP temperature data logger designed for validating thermal processes in the food industry, such as cooking, pasteurization and sterilization. It measures from -50 to +140 °C with excellent ±0.1 °C accuracy and 0.01 °C resolution, and its IP68 housing withstands steam and high-temperature process conditions. Very convenient to use, the multifunction box (available in two sizes) enables parallel programming and simultaneous readout of up to 8 data loggers — saving time and removing the need for a separate reading device.
