Kyoritsu KEW 2010 Miniature AC/DC Digital Clamp Meter

Overview

The Kyoritsu KEW 2010 is a miniature AC/DC digital clamp meter designed for sensitive low-current measurements that ordinary clamp meters cannot resolve. Its small 7.5 mm jaw and high resolution — down to 0.1 mA on AC and 1 mA on DC — make it ideal for low-level diagnostics, control circuits and other work where currents are small, and its compact body makes it easy to use in tight spaces.

The KEW 2010 measures AC current on 200 mA / 2 A / 20 A ranges and DC current on 2 A / 20 A ranges, and also handles AC/DC voltage, resistance, continuity, diode, capacitance and frequency — effectively combining a sensitive clamp with a full multimeter. It responds from DC to 2 kHz, includes a data-hold function and an output terminal for connecting a recorder, and runs from a single 9 V battery or an AC adapter. It complies with IEC 61010-1 safety requirements.
