Kyoritsu KEW 3124A High Voltage Insulation Tester (10 kV)

Overview

The Kyoritsu KEW 3124A is a digital high-voltage insulation tester that permits a wide range of insulation testing up to 100 GΩ, with a continuously variable test voltage from 1 kV to 10 kV. The actual output voltage is shown on the digital display, and a DC voltage output allows connection to recorders for documentation. After each test the instrument automatically discharges any charge stored in the circuit under test for safety, and it is powered by rechargeable NiMH batteries. It is well suited to electrical maintenance, installation and testing of motors, transformers, cables and other high-voltage equipment.
