Megger MFM10 Sheath Fault Location System — Test & Pinpoint Cable Jacket Faults
The Megger MFM10 is a portable, battery-capable cable sheath fault location system that both tests cable jackets and pinpoints sheath faults in the field. Delivering up to 10 kV bipolar DC for sheath testing and a pulsed output for A-frame step-voltage pinpointing, it lets utility and cable teams find and precisely locate jacket damage to within ±0.1% of the cable length.
