Description
Overview
The Hioki 3283 is a clamp-on leakage current HiTester that measures from milliamp-level leakage currents up to 200 A load current with True RMS accuracy and 10 microamp resolution. Five current ranges, a 30-1000 Hz frequency function and a filter to reject high-frequency noise make it ideal for pinpointing leakage in the presence of harmonics. Analog output for recording, Max/Min/Average recording, data hold and auto power-off make it a versatile tool for insulation and safety surveys.
