Kyoritsu KEW 3125B High Voltage Insulation Tester (5 kV)

Overview

The Kyoritsu KEW 3125B is a rugged digital high-voltage insulation tester built for rigorous insulation testing up to 1 TΩ. It offers a wide range of test voltages from 250 V to 5000 V, with a short-circuit current of up to 1.5 mA for fast charging of capacitive loads. Polarization index (PI) and dielectric absorption ratio (DAR) diagnostics allow insulation condition to be assessed over time, while a filter function reduces noise for stable readings. A large backlit display with bar graph, a live-voltage warning, a newly designed alligator clip and a tough hard case make it safe and convenient in the field, and it is rated CAT IV 300 V / CAT III 600 V.
