How do you use a digital multimeter?

Connect the probe leads to the multimeter and set the dial to continuity. Insert the red connector into the terminal labeled V, Ω, or with the continuity sign that looks like a sound wave. Plug the black connector into the COM port. Turn the dial to the image that looks like a sound wave.
