Hasegawa HSN-6A1 High and Low Voltage Detector

Overview

The Hasegawa HSN-6A1 is a versatile high- and low-voltage detector used to confirm the presence or absence of voltage in a wide range of electrical systems. It is widely used by electricians and utility professionals working on both low-voltage and high-voltage equipment.

The HSN-6A1 can discriminate between AC and DC voltage, and it also supports checking and discharging residual electric charge — an important capability for safe work on capacitive equipment. With a grounding wire it detects AC from 100 V up to 7000 V and DC from 50 V up to 7000 V, and it can be used for withstand-voltage (dielectric) test applications.
