Overview

The Hioki 3159-02 is an insulation and withstanding (hipot) HiTester for verifying the electrical safety of devices and components against a range of safety standards. It applies an AC withstand voltage up to 5.0 kV across two ranges with 500 VA capacity and measures leakage current up to 120 mA (True RMS) to confirm dielectric integrity.
