Overview

The Hioki IM3523 is an LCR meter designed for basic impedance measurement on electronic-component production lines, offering high accuracy at an economical price point. It measures a comprehensive set of parameters across a 100 mΩ to 100 MΩ range with Z basic accuracy of ±0.05% and a wide 40 Hz to 200 kHz frequency range. With a fast 2 ms measurement time, comparator and BIN classification, and EXT I/O and USB interfaces, the IM3523 is well suited to high-throughput automated component testing.
