Megger OCR50D

The Megger OCR50D Automatic Oil Circuit Recloser Test Set is a self-contained, mobile unit specifically designed to verify the correct operation of automatic circuit reclosers under simulated overload and fault conditions. This testing is crucial for ensuring reliable system performance, protection, and coordination.

The OCR50D features a digital control and instrumentation system, providing straightforward operation and precise test results. It also offers a variable high-current output with an impedance compensation network to stabilize the output current during testing.

The Automatic Oil Circuit Recloser Test Sets are capable of testing reclosers with either oil or vacuum interrupters. Additionally, they can conduct primary injection (high-current) testing on electronically controlled reclosers. The following are common tests performed on reclosers using these test sets.
