    Description

    Megger PA2505K Phantom Load

    The rugged PA-2505K Phantom Load operates from a single-phase source and is designed for field-testing single-phase and polyphase watthour meters at 50 and 100% power factor.

    This unit features a heavy-duty selector switch combined with a variable autotransformer, enabling continuous adjustment of the load current. This valuable feature allows for precise control of the output to accommodate different load circuit impedances or variations in source voltage.

    Designed for continuous duty, the unit is equipped with a built-in fan for forced-air cooling. Standard equipment includes primary and secondary test leads.
