Megger STVI Smart Touch View Interface

Overview

The Megger STVI (Smart Touch View Interface) is a rugged handheld controller for Megger’s SMRT relay test systems and older MPRT1 units. It replaces menu-driven keypads with a bright 8.4-inch colour touchscreen, giving protection engineers an intuitive way to set up and run manual, steady-state and dynamic tests on protective relays directly at the test set.

Designed for single-handed operation with a central control knob and built-in stand, the STVI displays colour-coded outputs and vector graphs so phase relationships are clear at a glance. Non-volatile storage saves tests and results, while USB and Ethernet connectivity — plus RTMS and AVTS software support — allow automated test plans and COMTRADE playback for advanced commissioning and maintenance work.
