Overview
The Megger MIT200 series are compact, pocket-sized insulation and continuity testers designed for electricians and maintenance staff who need reliable results in a rugged, easy-to-carry instrument. The range covers insulation test voltages of 250 V, 500 V and 1000 V depending on the model, so there is a version to suit domestic, commercial and industrial testing requirements.
All models measure insulation resistance from 10 kΩ to 1000 MΩ, continuity from 0.01 Ω using a 200 mA test current, and AC/DC voltage up to 600 V, with a live-circuit warning that inhibits testing for safety. A continuity buzzer, test-lead null and automatic discharge make everyday testing quick, while the CAT III 600 V rating and EN 61557 compliance give confidence on real installations.
