Description
Overview
The Megger SMRT410 is a high-capacity multi-phase relay test system built for testing the most demanding modern protection schemes. It can be configured with up to four voltage channels and up to six current channels, with convertible channels providing as many as ten current sources, so it can reproduce complex multi-phase fault conditions for electromechanical, solid-state and microprocessor-based relays.
Each current channel delivers 32 A continuously (60 A for short durations), and channels can be paralleled for up to 240 A. Variable-frequency output (DC to 1 kHz), COMTRADE transient playback of recorded faults or EMTP/ATP simulations, a high-precision timer and options for IEC 61850 GOOSE messaging and GPS end-to-end testing make it a complete solution for advanced protection engineers. It is operated by the STVI touchscreen or AVTS/RTMS software.
