The Megger MFT-X1-BS pairs the flagship MFT-X1 multifunction installation tester with the EVCA210 EV charging-point adapter, giving electricians one kit for both standard electrical-installation testing and Mode 3 EV charger commissioning. It covers insulation, continuity, True Loop™ impedance, full RCD and earth testing, with a colour display, Confidence Meter™ and Bluetooth CertSuite certification.

EV charge-point testing — the EVCA210 adapter simulates Mode 3 charging states (CP/PP), detects PE errors and verifies RCD / RDC-DD protection on EV charging stations.
Insulation testing — 50 V–1000 V DC plus variable, measuring up to >1000 MΩ.
Continuity — >200 mA test current with a wide measurement range.
True Loop™ impedance — high-resolution 2-wire and 3-wire no-trip loop testing, with Confidence Meter™ for fast, reliable results.
Full RCD testing — Type AC, A, B and selective (S) versions; ½/1/2/5×I, ramp, auto sequence and touch-voltage display.
Earth resistance & voltage — earth-electrode testing plus voltage, frequency and automatic phase-rotation measurement.
