The Megger MIT525/2 is the advanced-generation 5 kV diagnostic insulation resistance tester for high-voltage apparatus. Measuring up to 15 TΩ, it combines a new colour display, the RE>Act and PIp diagnostic modes, user-selectable 1–6 mA test current, Bluetooth data logging and CertSuite Asset integration — giving test engineers faster, smarter condition assessment of cables, machines and switchgear.

5 kV test capability — 250 V, 500 V, 1 kV, 2.5 kV and 5 kV plus user-defined voltages, measuring 10 kΩ to 15 TΩ.
Full diagnostic suite — IR, IR(t), DAR, PI, patented PIp predictor, DD, stepped voltage, ramp, RE>Act and PDC testing.
Selectable test current — user-selectable 1–6 mA output with enhanced noise rejection.
Capacitance & leakage — 10 nF–25 µF capacitance and 0.01 nA–6 mA leakage-current measurement.
