Megger OTS PB and OTS AF Insulating Oil Test Sets

Overview

The Megger OTS PB and OTS AF ranges are oil test sets that measure the dielectric breakdown voltage of insulating oils – a key indicator of oil condition in transformers and other oil-filled equipment. Both ranges automatically raise the test voltage at a standard rate, detect breakdown, stir and repeat the sequence, and calculate the average, giving fast, repeatable results in line with international standards.

The OTS PB models are lightweight and can run on rechargeable battery or mains, making them ideal for on-site testing at up to 60 kV or 80 kV. The OTS AF models are fully automatic, mains-powered laboratory instruments with a larger chamber and alphanumeric keypad, available up to 100 kV. All models share a colour display, internal printer, USB transfer and bundled PowerDB Lite software.
