Megger BITE5 Battery Tester

The Megger BITE5 battery tester allows for a fast and straightforward evaluation of the state of health (SOH) of various battery types including lead-acid, NiCD, and lithium-ion. It utilizes an intuitive touchscreen interface and supports both impedance and discharge testing (with a load bank). The device can test individual cells or entire strings, handling a maximum cell voltage of 200 V.

The BITE5 battery tester offers various measurement capabilities including cell impedance, cell voltage, and both AC and DC currents. It allows users to set thresholds for impedance and voltage tests and tracks data during discharge tests. Results can be viewed on the device’s touch screen, and data can be exported via USB or SD card for further analysis. Additionally, it supports wireless data transfer to Megger’s PowerDB software for comprehensive data management.
