The SSG3000X RF Signal Generators from SIGLENT operate between 9 kHz and 2.1 GHz/3.2 GHz. They offer standard AM, FM, and PM analog modulation.

Additionally, they offer pulse train generators and pulse modulation. They can also produce IQ-modulated signals when paired with a baseband generator like the SDG6000X. SSG3000X signal generators are the ideal option for R&D, instruction, and manufacturing applications due to their excellent accuracy and pure outputs.
