Megger T22/1 AC High Voltage Test System

Overview

The Megger T22/1 is a compact, portable AC high-voltage test system used to carry out dielectric withstand (hipot) testing on switchgear, cables and other low-capacity test objects. Its two-unit design – a lightweight SF6-insulated test transformer and a separate control unit – makes it easy to transport and deploy on site without special handling equipment.

The system delivers a continuously adjustable AC output up to 75 kV RMS, with output current to 13 mA continuous (50 mA for one minute), and integrated metering measures the test voltage and current directly. An optional DC rectifier extends testing to 80 kV DC, making the T22/1 a versatile tool for commissioning and maintaining metal-enclosed high-voltage switchgear and cable systems.
