    MITECH MV800C portable vibration meter is made of a piezoelectric transducer and a digital display circuit. It is primarily used to gauge the speed, displacement, and acceleration of various rotating machines.     Function & application

    The MV800C is primarily used to monitor machine vibration in the manufacturing, electrical, metallurgical, and automotive sectors, specifically for fast inspection and preventative maintenance checks on bearings, gears, motors, and fan lathes.

    Working Principle

    The quartz crystal and PZT piezoelectric effect are combined in the MV800C. When a quartz crystal or PZT is stressed, the surface produces a charger, and an acceleration transducer converts the vibration into an electrical signal. The acceleration, speed, and displacement are displayed on the liquid screen following processing and analysis.
