Mitech MR200 Surface Roughness Tester

Product Overview

The MR200 surface roughness tester is a new upgrade instrument which adopts the newest processor. This instrument adopts 2.7 inch OLED display, combines accurate measurement, exquisite design, fast process rate and complete protection in one host. It is highly favored by users since it was produced.

It can satisfy a variety of user demands and has a wide measuring range, making it superior to other goods of a similar nature.

Working Principle

The surface roughness of the work item is tested using the needle scanning method using this device.
1.When measuring the surface roughness of a part, the probe is placed on the component’s surface and moved over the surface at a constant speed.

2.By using a sharp stylus within the probe, the surface roughness is acquired.

3. At the output end of the phase-sensitive rectifier, the roughness causes the probe to move, which changes the inductive value of the induction coils and produces an analog signal that is proportional to the surface roughness. This signal is amplified and level converted before entering the data gathering system.

4.The measured results may then be read on an OLED display after the gathered data have been processed using digital filtering and parameter computation by an ARM processor. A Bluetooth printer can print the results.

Working Conditions

  • Ambient temperature: -20℃~+50℃;
  • Storage temperature: -30℃~+70℃;
  • Relative humidity: ≤90%;
  • Avoidance of vibration, strong magnetic fields, corrosive media, and heavy dust is advised in the surroundings.
