CEM DT-8889 InfraRed Thermometer

CEM DT-8889 InfraRed Thermometer

The CEM DT-8889 is a high-temperature infrared thermometer, designed for a wide range of applications where non-contact temperature measurements are required. It has an impressive temperature measurement range of -50°C to 1850°C (-58°F to 3362°F) with a response time of less than 150ms. The device provides high accuracy and rapid response for industrial environments, making it suitable for applications in sectors like metalworking, glass production, and other high-temperature industrial processes.

The DT-8889 also features a high distance-to-spot ratio, which enables accurate readings from a greater distance, enhancing user safety in environments where the target is hot or hazardous to approach directly. The usability of this thermometer is enhanced with a backlit display for readability in various lighting conditions and an adjustable emissivity setting to ensure accurate results across different surface materials.
