Description

CEM DT-6505 Insulation Tester

The CEM DT-6505 is an insulation tester specifically designed to measure the insulation resistance of electrical wires, cables, and equipment. This device is crucial for ensuring that insulation is performing up to standards, which is essential for the safety and efficiency of electrical systems. The DT-6505 typically features capabilities such as testing voltages that can range from a few hundred to several thousand volts, often including common test voltages like 250V, 500V, and 1000V.

The Insulation and Low Ohm Multimeter is a single, portable, small device that combines a digital insulation tester and a fully functional, True RMS digital multimeter. This allows for optimum adaptability for troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
