Megger TDR2000-3 and TDR2010-ADVANCED DUAL CHANNEL TDR

Megger TDR2000-3 is designed to locate faults in communication cables and drivers as well as certain power supplies, the TDR2000/3 and TDR2010 are powerful. They’re CAT IV 150V rated and IP54 dust and weather-resistant, so they’re ready to go in the real world.

The Megger TDR2000/3 and TDR2010 dual-channel enhanced time-domain reflectometers have been designed to locate faults in communications and guide cables as well as certain power sources. They are rugged, CAT IV rated up to 150V, and IP54 dust and weather-resistant making them ideal for fieldwork.

Features such as Auto setup assist the novice in getting useful traces fast while the AUTO Find function assists in the interpretation of the traces. For the more expert user, there is the ability to manually override the auto function permitting fine tuning to enable the identification of hard-to-determine faults.

  • IP54 rating for working in the field
  • ‘Auto setup’ mode for an instant, easy use
  • ‘AutoFind’ and ‘FindEnd’ functions help you find the fault fast
  • Trace tagging allows a name to be saved with the trace
  • Distance-dependent gain counteracts signal attenuation
  • Step function improves the detection of near-end faults

fault locator time domain reflectometer:

Megger’s built-in AutoFind mode enables quick fault identification. Pressing the AutoFind key automatically adjusts the range and gain, and positions the cursor to the first major event on the cable. Press the AutoFind key again and the cursor will move to the next detected noise.
